White Chocolate Panna Cotta
450 ml milk
450 ml cream
1 vanilla bean
180 g white chocolate
4 leaves gelatin
Bring milk, cream and vanilla bean to a scald. Add white chocolate. Mix until chocolate melts and is smooth.
Place 4 leaves of gelatin in ice water to bloom for about 10 minutes. Whisk gelatin into the hot cream mixture.
