RECIPES

Ingredients:

3/4 of a pot of coffee

1/4 of a pot of espresso

6 1/2 cups of sugar

1/2 teaspoon of vanilla

3 quarts of heavy cream

 

Procedure:

Combine ingredients and scald. Cool completely and then process in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
