Meatballs
whole milk
1/4 lb beef
1/4 lb veal
1/4 lb pork
1 tb chopped parsley
2 tb minced garlic
1 tb chopped basil
1/2 cup grated parmesan
4 pieces stale bread
salt & pepper to taste
Tear stale bread into small pieces. Place in bowl & cover with whole milk. Using a small plate, press bread pieces into milk to submerge. Let sit 5-10 minutes. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingrediants. Blend thoroughly. Put bread crumbs in mesh strainer. Squeeze bread to remove excess milk until it is like a paste. Blend bread into mixture. Form into balls & pan sear in a non stick pan.
